🦒 Nakhon Ratchasima Zoo (Korat Zoo)

If you're looking for a family-friendly day trip or a date spot in Korat, I highly recommend the Nakhon Ratchasima Zoo. It's the best zoo in the Northeast, with a lush atmosphere and plenty of large trees. Every corner is beautiful for taking photos.

There are so many animals, it feels like a safari. They have over 1,800 animals of various species, and they're all incredibly well cared for. A must-see is the African Big Five, featuring giraffes, zebras, and a giant white rhino! There's also a smart seal show (be sure to check show times before visiting) and the adorable penguin zone.

🔥 Important tip (must follow!):
The Korat Zoo is huge! It's like driving around a foreign country! Walking might make your legs hurt.
* Recommendation: Renting a golf cart (available in 4- and 6-seater options) is the most convenient way to explore all the zones. Alternatively, if you're looking for a more relaxed experience, you can take a tram tour or rent a bicycle.

💦 Special! There's also a water park.
If you're visiting during the summer, the Korat Zoo has a large Zoo Lagoon (water park) to cool off in. You can purchase an additional water park ticket, which is a great value. After your visit to the zoo, you can immediately go swimming.

Overall, it's a great place to spend a full day. It's fun, educational, and you'll get tons of great photos!
