Pasan is a symbolic building at the beginning of the Chao Phraya River, with beautiful and modern architecture. The inspiration for its creation came from studying the environment, lifestyle, customs and traditions of the Pak Nam Pho people. The building is shaped like lines that intertwine and converge into one at the end, like the merging of rivers. The structure is a long building like a bridge. It is divided into 4 parts at the beginning and merges into one at the end, indicating the merging of 4 important rivers of Thailand: Ping, Wang, Yom and Nan. When they come together at this point, it is the beginning of the Chao Phraya River. There is an outdoor usable area, a courtyard for the enshrining of the Guan Yin statue, an activity area, a riverside garden, a raft pier, and an indoor area consisting of an exhibition area, a meeting room, offices and a viewpoint.
