This city, with a charm distinct from Valletta, boasts a serene and peaceful atmosphere. 🤫

It is about an hour by bus from Sliema and approximately 40 minutes from Valletta. 🚌

Currently home to upper-class residents, Mdina is meticulously maintained and exceptionally clean. ✨

Walking through its narrow alleys, you might feel as if you've become a noble from the medieval era. 🏰

The moderate complexity of the streets made it easy to navigate without worrying about getting lost. 🗺️

The buildings retain their unique designs while only the interiors have been renovated. 🏘️ The houses, with their harmoniously varied window shapes, were truly impressive.

I was lucky enough to peek inside a house decorated with the owner's personal touch. 🥰 Crime rates are low in Malta, and the people seem kind and warm-hearted. 😇

Mdina's main gate, the Mdina Gate, is grand and reminiscent of a movie set. 🎬
Inside the fortress, you'll find beautifully maintained lawns and the centrally located 'St. Paul's Cathedral.' ⛪️
