The decor is Chinese-style, antique and elegant. The public areas have a great ambiance, showcasing very typical Chinese aesthetics—perfect for snapping photos anytime. The hotel's pond even has three big white geese! The afternoon tea area in the lobby offers beautiful views of a grove of metasequoia trees.

The interior design of the hotel emphasizes courtyard and garden layouts, creating serene spaces. Traditional Chinese courtyard designs blend with modern landscape elements, giving the entire hotel a harmonious and calm atmosphere.

Turn-down service came with small treats, and at checkout, we received pineapple cakes as souvenirs—they tasted pretty good!

The evening buffet featured magic performances.

For breakfast, the salted duck was excellent, and the Buddha Jumps Over the Wall at dinner was a standout.

The hotel also boasts multiple dining venues. Among them, Shui Sha Lian Chinese Restaurant specializes in four major cuisines: Chiang Family Private Dishes, Huaiyang Cuisine, Taiwanese Cuisine, and Republic of China Cuisine. The Chiang Family Private Dishes are particularly unique, with must-try specialties like Country-Style Spare Ribs, Crispy Duck with Taro Paste, and Shaoxing Dongpo Pork.
