Wengyao Roast Chicken may not be anything special, but for a restaurant to have been operating for decades, at an altitude of over 3,000 meters, is truly remarkable.

During my college years, my best friends and I would go up the mountain and eat at Haojipo. That was my first encounter with Haojipo, a delicious memory etched deep in my memory. Since then, every time I've gone up the mountain and stayed overnight, I've always chosen Haojipo.

The most eye-catching thing about this restaurant is definitely its high-hanging red lanterns and its individual private dining rooms, which are truly charming at night. The menu is simple, with both à la carte and set menus tailored to the number of people. The portions are just the right size to fill you up.
