Zi Nan Temple in Zhushan, Nantou, is one of Taiwan's most popular temples dedicated to the God of Land, renowned for its "wealth and prosperity" (金). Devotees can borrow NT$600 from the God of Land as business capital, returning it when they profit, fostering a unique culture of borrowing and repaying. The temple's golden hen is a popular attraction for seeking wealth and good fortune, and touching specific areas of the rooster is said to bring good luck. Furthermore, the temple's luxurious seven-star restroom, the "Bamboo Shoot Toilet," has become a renowned landmark. The annual "Chi Ding Jiu" (now featuring mutton dishes) event held nearby is a local extravaganza, attracting tens of thousands of participants.
