This is a restaurant that you can pass by to avoid the crowds, and you can see the cityscape from above, so you can enjoy a different view (2nd and 3rd photos).

You can go out to the balcony inside the restaurant to take photos, but if you make a reservation, you can enjoy tea on the balcony, so I recommend making a reservation!
