Jiufen Old Street was like a scene from a Hayao Miyazaki film. Lantern-lit alleys overflowed with teahouses, souvenir shops, and street food vendors offering treats like taro balls and stinky tofu. The aroma of oolong tea filled the air as I admired the panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Every turn held a new delight, making Jiufen a whimsical escape from reality.
