Yun Hsien Resort is the only amusement park in Taiwan that cannot be accessed directly by car. Visitors must take a cable car to enter the park, earning it the nickname "Cliffside Paradise." Located at the top of Wulai Waterfall, the park boasts breathtaking natural scenery that transforms into a fairyland-like setting with the changing seasons, hence the name "Yun Hsien Resort."
The cable car at Yun Hsien Resort has only two stations, connecting Wulai Waterfall Street to the resort. It is Taiwan's first passenger cable car for sightseeing and a hallmark of Wulai's tourism.
Upon arrival, visitors can catch a glimpse of the source of Wulai Waterfall. The park features a hotel, restaurants, gardens, and a children's playground, making it a destination suitable for all ages.
Don't forget to ride the last remaining trolley railway in Taiwan! Take the charming trolley from Wulai Waterfall to Wulai Old Street with a one-way ticket, or walk along the waterfall road and mountain paths to reach the old street. The old street is home to indigenous specialty shops and unique mountain delicacies such as roasted wild boar, hot spring eggs, maqaw dishes, millet mochi, and wild boar sausages, ensuring a satisfying and delightful experience for both your taste buds and shopping desires!
