Jiufen Old Street, located in Ruifang District, New Taipei City, was once a major gold mining town in Taiwan. Today, it retains a rich nostalgic charm, attracting countless tourists. The winding stone steps are lined with teahouses, food stalls, and handmade souvenir shops, showcasing the unique charm of a mountain town. The famous A-Mei Tea House and various cafes converted from old houses are perfect spots for tea, sightseeing, and photography. At night, Jiufen's streets are lit with lanterns and shrouded in curling smoke, creating a sense of time travel back in time to the heyday of the gold mining era.
