I'll tell you about some great places to take pictures in Taiwan!

If you're traveling to Taipei, there's a place I absolutely recommend!
It's the alleys of Tamsui.

Perhaps because Tamsui is a city permeated by the sea breeze, the air feels different as you walk. While walking along the river is wonderful, what I especially enjoy is exploring the narrow alleyways at a leisurely pace.

The alleyways of Tamsui have an atmosphere that makes time seem to flow a little slower. Sunlight filters through the old red brick buildings, and small signs and colorful murals capture the attention of travelers. As you stroll, you'll discover traditional snack shops, charming cafes, and small, unique shops. Because it's not as crowded as famous tourist destinations, you can actually experience Tamsui's charm at a more leisurely pace.

More than anything, the alleyways of Tamsui are so beautiful because they themselves become "photogenic landscapes." The scent of the sea permeates one side, while the daily lives of people are vividly depicted on the other. As a traveler, you feel as if you've been transported into the scene. That's why I found myself stopping and lingering.

Furthermore, the alleyways of Tamsui are deserted, making them perfect for leisurely browsing and taking photos.

Since they're easily accessible from Taipei by public transportation, I highly recommend setting aside a day to stroll through the alleyways of Tamsui. This quiet, beautiful, and unpretentious place will surely be a quiet highlight of your trip.
