About a 40-minute train ride from Taipei, Yingge Old Street is known as a pottery town. 🎨
This area is also known as Taiwan's "Porcelain Village."
Walking down the street, you'll find rows of adorable ceramics, including tableware, vases, and mugs! 🫖💫

🏺The Charm of a Pottery Town
The streets lined with old brick buildings are home to many shops selling one-of-a-kind ceramics handmade by artisans, as well as hands-on ceramic painting experiences, making it the perfect place to create memorable travel memories. 💛
Even a leisurely stroll will soothe you with its nostalgic atmosphere.

🍜 Lunchtime at the famous "Houdao Restaurant"!
During our stroll, we stopped at a popular local "pork rib" restaurant. 😋
Their signature dish, braised pork rice (lu rou fan), is fragrant and comforting, with a sweet and spicy flavor that's just right.
Some dishes were served in ceramic dishes, perfectly matching the atmosphere of the town. ✨

📸 Plenty of photo spots!
From staircases decorated with ceramic motifs to photogenic shop exteriors,
there are plenty of places you'll want to take photos of. 📷🌈

📍Address: 239 Jianshanpu Road, Yingge District, New Taipei City
🚆Access: Approximately a 5-minute walk from Yingge Station on the Taiwan Railway

💡 Recommended for pottery lovers as well as those who just want to enjoy a leisurely stroll around the town.
