[New Taipei City] Shenkeng Old Shop Ah Zhu Taro Balls

I can't resist colorful jiaozi (ball balls). Even though I was already full, I still wanted another bowl. It ended up being a bit unbearable 😂. But Ah Zhu's taro balls are pretty good! They offer shaved ice, cold soup, and hot soup. I ordered the signature taro sweet soup. The taro was soft and smooth, and the broth was slightly sweet but thick. Besides the taro and sweet potato balls, the bowl also included mung bean and red bean balls. They had a nice chewy texture, and the bean paste had a stronger flavor. A bowl is a must when you're in Shenkeng Old Street! ✨️ They're delicious and very filling!!
