šŸ½ļø Dinner at COLLIN’SĀ® Marina Square – Hearty Plates, Laid-Back Vibes

Had dinner at COLLIN’SĀ® in Marina Square and it was a pretty chill experience overall. The space was casual and inviting—lots of greenery in the decor, comfy seating, and a steady crowd coming through but not overly noisy.

We ordered a mix of Western mains—think grilled meats, pasta, and seafood. The chicken chop was juicy and well-charred, and came with a generous side of salad and mashed potatoes. The wagyu steak was surprisingly decent for the price point—tender enough, though not premium cut-level, but definitely satisfying. Also had seafood aglio olio, which was nicely seasoned with a bit of heat and garlicky bite.

Portions were hearty, so it’s a great place if you’re hungry. Price-wise, it sits in that mid-range bracket—not cheap, but fair for what you get.

Only downside was the service—it felt a bit patchy. Our drinks took a while to arrive and the mains didn’t all come together, so some of us were waiting while others were already halfway through. The staff weren’t rude, just a little slow and stretched.

That said, for a casual dinner spot after a long day or some retail therapy, it hit the spot. No need to dress up, just come for comfort food in a relaxed setting.
