As soon as I arrived in New York, I felt the intense energy unique to the city. Skyscrapers that seemed to pierce the sky, streets crowded with people, and art and culture permeating everywhere further heightened my anticipation for the trip.
The first stop was Times Square. The scenery created by the flashy neon signs and large billboards was like a scene from a movie, and it was full of energy with street performances and the enthusiasm of the people. Afterwards, I watched a musical on Broadway and felt the cultural depth unique to New York.
During the day, I took a walk around Central Park and enjoyed the leisurely nature in the city, and at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, I enjoyed world-class art pieces and had an even more special time. Afterwards, I moved to Soho and Brooklyn and enjoyed the trendy sensibility of New York while visiting trendy cafes, galleries, and unique shops.
In the evening, I went up to the Empire State Building observation deck and looked at the night view of New York. The endless sparkling lights showed the splendor and vitality of the city.
New York was a perfect city with art, culture, shopping, gourmet food, and even the night view. It was a travel destination full of charms that made me want to come back again.
