
Laoguan River is located in Xixia County, the core area of Funiu Mountain World Geopark in Nanyang , China . Laoguan River is the source of Danjiang River and an important water source area in the upper reaches of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project's middle route.
The main stream is 254 kilometers long, with a drainage area of 4,219 square kilometers, a drop of 1,340 meters, a drop of 480 meters in the rafting section, and a rafting distance of 12 kilometers. It is the earliest rafting project developed in the Central Plains, with the longest rafting distance, the most exciting and the largest scale, and is known as the " No. 1 Rafting in the Central Plains . "
