Nice was a city where just walking was healing. I walked without a destination, wherever my feet took me, and picturesque scenery unfolded everywhere I went. The deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea and the warm colors of the city blended together, making it feel like walking through a watercolor painting.

At Promenade des Anglais, the beach and the sea are parallel, and above them, palm trees sway in the wind. Sitting on the beach and listening to the sound of the waves, time seemed to stop, and I felt like I was a step away from my busy daily life.

In the old town with its intricate alleyways, cafes, bakeries, and flower shops caught the eyes and noses of travelers. New scenery appeared every time I turned a corner, and even in the narrow alleys, I could feel the warmth of life. I understood why the people of Nice had such leisurely expressions.

When you climb up the hill of Colin du Chateau, the red roofs and blue sea come into view at a glance. Anyone can stand in silence in front of that scenery. Nice was a city that was attractive enough in itself, even without having any special experiences. A place where you can travel just by staying, that was Nice.
