Nikko, Japan/Yumoto Onsen ♨️
I think this place is really a pleasant surprise after I came to Nikko! Before I went, I read a lot of travel blogs saying that it was enough to just visit Lake Chuzenji and Huagan Falls in Nikko, and most of the two-day tickets recommended the Lake Chuzenji route.
But I really think that if you are staying in Nikko and are interested in in-depth travel, you can really buy a Yumoto Onsen ticket! Although it is the most expensive, accommodation is half price! !
If you buy a two-day ticket for Yumoto Onsen, you can go to
✔️Yumoto Onsen area (they have a public bath if you like hot springs, but the foot bath is not open in winter)
✔️Yutaki Waterfall
✔️Dragon Head Waterfall
✔️Play sledding at a hotel near Guangde Hot Spring (I didn’t play so I can’t share)
✔️Lake Chuzenji
✔️Huayan Waterfall
✔️Akechidaira Cable Car🚡
✔️Dayuin Futarasan Shrine
I personally think it's super
The bus fare from Tobu Nikko Station to the last stop, Yumoto Onsen, is over 1,750 yen. If you are interested, I suggest you consider it.
When I first went to buy the ticket, I didn't know anything. I wondered if I really had to spend 3,500 yen for a two-day ticket... But it's a rare opportunity.
Just then the station attendant saw me and asked me if I was staying and asked me to fill out a form. I was so happy to get a half-price room. Hahaha~
