[Kai Kawaji] A lodge in the countryside of Nikko

To the fresh greenery of "Kai Kawaji" 𓂃

First, let's introduce the food

It's been a while since my last trip to a hot spring

One of the joys of traveling is being able to enjoy local cuisine for dinner and breakfast

The local appetizers here are temari sushi made with dried gourd and a dish wrapped in cream cheese

The presentation is also wonderful

For breakfast, we had
food made with "Magoha Yasashii" ingredients,

Kawaji's unique egg roll "Tobachiri" and "Kikokurajiru" with plenty of vegetables ← this was very delicious

We ate while reading the stories related to the food on the table

Feel free to eat after the bath! There are popsicles and drinks available.
The lemon water after the morning bath was delicious.

Coffee is available in the lobby, surrounded by fresh greenery, and there are many relaxing spaces other than the rooms.
