Secret Getaway in Japan

It was a lucky find. I was planning for a 15 day trip in Japan and happened to schedule Nikko into my trip. It was heavenly. It was amazing. Unlike the usual Tokyo, Kyoto in Japan, this has much more to offer in terms of nature. See all these pictures taken, I took it all in the Nikko National Park. These pictures were taken during my hike on the many trails, few people hiked and so I got the luxury to enjoy the scenery in peace. This also means that there were no people to disturb me when i take photos. The hikes were mostly along the stream, you can see fresh snow. It is unlike the dirty snow you find in the streets. It is very clean. There is a frozen lake if you hiked at the highest, try standing on it. This trip was on mid December. #travel #japan #nikko #nikkonationalpark #hiking #snow
