The largest temple in Southeast Asia, Bai Dinh Temple

This is the largest Buddhist temple in Vietnam.
Initially, it was a small temple built on a hill,
but now it has transformed into a huge temple with over 2 million square meters.

For about 7 years, the best architects, craftsmen, and sculptors in Vietnam were mobilized to expand the temple and make it into a complex.
The characteristic of this place is that you can see the karst topography unique to Ninh Binh and the architectural style of the temple in harmony.

When you enter the temple, you will see the statues of the Arhats who have risen to the ranks.
It is said that there are over 1,000 of these statues in Bai Dinh Temple.

This temple is largely divided into the Hall of Avalokitesvara and the Hall of the Three Worldly Buddhas.
The Hall of Avalokitesvara enshrines the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara with a Thousand Hands and a Thousand Eyes,
and the Hall of the Three Worldly Buddhas enshrines the Buddhas of the Three Worlds, the Buddhas of the Three Worlds, and the Buddhas of the Three Worlds.
It is said that they represent the past, present, and future.

Although it is not shown in the photo, if you go further inside,
you can see the cave temple. It looked like the original Bai Dinh Temple.

I would like to introduce this as a must-visit tourist destination in Ninh Binh, Vietnam.

You will be able to see a landscape that cannot be felt in other temples.
