[Shizuoka Prefecture] Koganezaki Park, a famous spot for golden sunsets

"Koganezaki Park" is located in Nishiizu, Shizuoka Prefecture.
This place is the best sunset scenic spot in Nishiizu,
and is an observation park with "Horse Rock", which was selected as one of the 100 strange rock formations 🌅

It was named "Koganezaki" because the rock surface shines golden when illuminated by the setting sun, and the yellowish light brown rock surface was created when the rock was transformed by hot spring water 🥸

But... the more you look at it... it's a horse 🐴
It looks so much like a horse, it's truly "Horse Rock"!
It is also a sacred place where horse racing fans visit to pray for good luck! ※It is said to be a power spot that increases your luck in games🫢

The way the horse looks and its expression seems to change depending on the angle and the sunlight, so I would like to visit it at sunset next time😌

There are also walkways and observation decks, so it is a wonderful scenic spot where you can enjoy not only "Uma Rock" but also Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay✌️
