Montigo Resorts Nongsa

#batamtrip Booking was fuss free, and the staff were very responsive via email. They provide transport from ferry terminal which was also very good. Their service was always efficient at the lobby or room service and they are polite and sweet! The villa itself was clean and luxurious, I had a bath tub which was comfortable. The pool area was gorgeous and the view is amazing to go with it. Air conditioning is strong and really perfect for the hot weather in Batam. To my surprise, the pool is warm at night for evening dips and even the toilet is considerably warmer than the room so it's not freezing cold when you exit the shower! Their food is pretty good, acceptable if you're staying for a short while but definitely would feel limited for long stays. Price is also okay but maybe alcohol is kinda expensive so buy at duty free lol. The buggy service was so really helpful and they are fairly quick to respond. The spa was absolutely lovely and I really feel that the therapists are attentive and good at what they do. Overall, very hospitable and a lovely experience!! :)
