Okinawa｜Department Store & Duty-Free Shop Next Door: Breakfast at Almont Hotel Omoromachi is a Feast

The Shintoshin area is actually not far from Kokusai Street, just a few stops away by monorail. For the same price, you can stay at a hotel with better value for money. Almont Hotel Omoromachi is one such option. It features a comfortable large public bath, modern rooms, and clever space utilization, such as a corner cabinet with a mini fridge that creates a cozy sofa area—making the most of the available space.

The check-in counter is located on the second floor, while the first floor has a convenience store, making it easy to grab drinks or snacks. Right next door, you'll find the DFS Duty-Free Shop and Main Mall. Although the mall has only two floors, it covers a large area, offering shopping for clothes, browsing MUJI, buying electronics at EDON, picking up souvenirs at the supermarket, or even dining at nearby restaurants.

One highlight is the breakfast. It includes Okinawan specialties like stir-fried bitter melon, Okinawa soba, and Minudaru (sesame paste meat from the Ryukyu Kingdom era).
