Kopi Hutan, which is coffee in the forest when translated from Malay to English definitely lives up to its name! Visited this café at the peak of Penang Hill and it was such a good find! The café is located at 2km away from the tram station, you can choose to walk there or ride on a buggy ride with charges of rm15 per buggy ride. Love the ambiance of the café, tranquil serene yet lively with patrons’ chattering and laughters. The café is filled with lush greeneries and plants, love that they incorporate that into their transparent tables with terrarium. We ordered their kopi hutan, which is a freshly brewed coffee in a traditional teapot. Love the presentation, with strong coffee aroma! Would recommend and revisit for sure!
