Penang Hill is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Penang because we can see Penang from a high angle. The weather is cool all year round. The recommended time is early morning because we have a chance to see fog and see the sunrise. But if anyone is not comfortable in the early morning, I would recommend coming in the evening like us. The weather is cool and comfortable. There are many ways to travel up to Penang Hill, but the most popular way for tourists is by tram.
