Two Days in George Town: Street Art, Floating Villages & Nature

We recently visited Penang Hill and were impressed by the cable car/tram, a popular way to reach the summit. The cable car rides through the forest and has steep sections that are a bit nerve-wracking. The view from the top stretches across Penang and out to sea, which is absolutely stunning.
The air is much cooler at the top than down below! 😻 There are many viewpoints to choose from for photos, including a small cafe for a break. There's also a Hindu temple to visit and pay respects to. We loved both the quiet walk along the forest and the main viewpoint, which is often visited to watch the sunset—the evening light here is stunning. (The ticketing and tram schedule seem to be well-organized, with clear operating schedules.)
A small tip: If you want a clear view, go early in the morning or late afternoon, avoiding heavy fog, and bring comfortable shoes to explore the small corners at the summit. On your return trip, be sure to check the last tram departure time. (We had a long wait for the return tram because it was so crowded, so allow plenty of time. We went in the afternoon until evening.)
🌟I give it a 10/10! I loved it!
