🌅 Highlights and Features

A 20-meter-high cliff made of Ryukyu limestone. The rock protruding into the sea resembles an elephant's trunk, making it an iconic photo spot.

The top of the cape is a grassy plain ("Mo" means "grassland" in Okinawan dialect). The name "Manzamo" originates from King Sho Kei of the Ryukyu Kingdom, who praised it as a place "where 10,000 people can sit."

The East China Sea's azure waters and white waves spread out below. On clear days, you can enjoy the stunning blue hues, and at dusk, the sunset is breathtaking.

Plant communities on the cliff: You can see vegetation designated as natural monuments of the prefecture, such as the flower-bearing Heliotropium and Okinawa Violet.
