I went to the yakiniku restaurant "Shingen" in Sakuragawa, Naniwa-ku, Osaka. This was my fifth visit, and I went for a business dinner with an acquaintance.

About a 1-minute walk from Sakuragawa Station on the Osaka Metro Sennichimae Line. About a 5-minute walk from JR Namba, OCAT, and Namba Hatch. It is conveniently located near Kyocera Dome.

This restaurant specializes in domestic black wagyu beef, A5 rank 12th cow. You can enjoy the highest grade wagyu beef at an affordable price, and it's so delicious that you'll be addicted to it once you try it.

This time, I tried the great value course for 2 people only, which includes a drink and allows you to enjoy the final course and dessert.

・Salted tongue
Specialty menu! It is covered with domestic garlic and can be enjoyed with the grilled salted tongue.
　　
・Three recommended types of Japanese black beef.
Top-grade lean meat, top-grade loin, and top-grade skirt steak. Extremely tender and delicious, with a subtle sweetness and rich aroma.
　　
・Grilled shabu-style short ribs
It has just the right amount of fat with a sweet taste. It goes well with grated daikon and other condiments and ponzu sauce.
　　
・Kimchi platter
Homemade kimchi made with daikon, cucumber, and Chinese cabbage. It is deeply flavorful and deliciously spicy.

Namul made with bean sprouts, komatsuna, fern, and daikon. The aroma of sesame oil will whet your appetite.

A soup with a mild, medium flavor and a strong seasoning. The half-size portion was filling enough for my stomach.

Very delicious and highly recommended. The rich flavor of garlic and butter was great, and I even enjoyed the burnt crust.

- Cold noodles
Cold noodles with a smooth texture and a strong soup stock. The umami of the cabbage kimchi adds an accent.

- Ice cream
You can choose from vanilla, matcha, chocolate, and yuzu. I chose the refreshing yuzu sorbet.

- Two drinks
Alcohol is also available. I'm grateful that two drinks are included.

This is excellent value for money. The portion size allows you to fully enjoy the delicious meat. It feels like you're enjoying yakiniku in an elegant way. While eating the delicious yakiniku, my partner and I had a lively conversation and had a good chat about work.
