Qiaofu Building is located in the northwest of Gaobei Village, Gaotou Township, west of the renowned Chengqi Building. A member of the Gaobei Tulou complex, it was built in 1962. This circular building, facing south, was funded by the owner's overseas brothers. It has a diameter of 45 meters, stands three stories high, and features an internal corridor.

The building has 30 rooms and one main gate. The second-floor corridor is cantilevered from a wooden structure, while the third-floor corridor is cantilevered further and has a waist eaves, which are enclosed with wooden boards and used as storage rooms. The ancestral hall is a blend of Chinese and Western architectural styles. It is located on the central axis at the back and protrudes toward the inner courtyard. There are four Western-style round stone pillars on the front. The inner courtyard is paved with granite. In front of the building is a courtyard surrounded by an outer wall with an outer gate. One floor is built each year and the building is completed in three years. The structure of Qiaofu Building is a single-circle circular building, three stories high, with a skylight in the middle. There is a hall in the middle of the ground floor facing the gate. The building is surrounded by a circle of walls with an outer gate on the wall, forming a courtyard. This building is famous for having produced 11 doctors and is also known as the Doctor Earth Building.
