You only need to book through the official website, but pay attention to the time. You need to book one month in advance. The official website is open for reservations one month in advance, so this time, plan your date and reserve time. Reservations will be open at 1800 (Japan time) every day. If you can't make a reservation at 1800 (Japan time), you can try 1820, 1840, 1900

This time, the reservation is 1800. If you can't get in, 1820 is fine. Plan in advance what time you want to go to the restaurant. I chose 1200 pm, and then proceed to the next step. You will be asked if you want to purchase the restaurant's limited items (some of which cannot be purchased on site). After confirming the next step, you will receive an email from the restaurant confirming the reservation, and the reservation is complete.

If you are unlucky enough to not be able to make a reservation but really want to go, you can try to walk in. It seems that some people can walk in on the day.
