Opened by a bonito flakes shop, this is a restaurant where you can eat ramen packed with Japanese flavors. The soup, made from seven kinds of dried bonito, kelp, grilled conger eel and other seafood, combined with chicken stock, was so delicious that I drank it all up. The noodles are made in-house, and you can choose between chewy round noodles or flat noodles that go well with the soup.

You can also order a large serving for free. The Japanese pepper, which changes the flavor, is very tasty, so be sure to try adding some. Not only is the food delicious, but the refreshing service was also a great thing about this restaurant.
