[Osaka] Umeda Sky Building

If you're scared of heights and want to avoid the see-through escalators, you can take the high-rise elevator from the first floor of Tower East straight up to the 39th floor. You won't be able to see the scenery along the way, but this is a recommended secret route even when it's crowded. The 173m-high Floating Garden Observatory is a must-see spot for sightseeing in Osaka.
