On this day, the menu included tetchan, aitchbone, thick-sliced tongue, ribeye, ribeye rolled in scallions, hanging tenderloin, shiitake mushrooms, and sea urchin sushi.
Quite a luxurious meal! 💗

The thick-sliced tongue was incredibly satisfying!
It was thick, yet tender and juicy.
You'll definitely want to eat it on its own. 💕
The ribeye and hanging tenderloin were melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
It also included vegetables and meat sushi, making this a satisfying platter on its own. ✨️

Premium Kalbi: Full of flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
It's also delicious dipped in Ran-o sauce.
This is a fantastic pairing with rice, so I recommend eating it with rice. ☺️

Unzen Ham: Unzen ham with a juicy bacon-like texture.
The sweet fat and salty flavor make it delicious even without any condiments. ✨️
It's delicious with just rice. 💗

For corn lovers, corn tea with rice is the perfect combination. 🙏

My friend had it, and I was amazed at how much it cost for just 550 yen! It's amazing!
You can choose between beef tongue or roast beef, and top it with green onion salt, grated yam, sea urchin and egg, or salmon roe. ✨
