I went to "Hyohyo" where you can enjoy Hoju Pork Shabu Shabu in private rooms✨️

The vegetables are warm, so you can really taste the sweetness of the vegetables.
The fluffy potatoes are irresistible💗

The fritters on this day were conger eel.
The thick and voluminous conger eel is fluffy and the flavor spreads in your mouth!
The matcha salt makes it even more delicious✨

The Hoju Pork is moist and soft all the way through, and very juicy.
It was a dish that went well with sake.

Plenty of vegetables and lots of mushrooms.
The pork is from Hoju pork, and you can compare three types: shoulder loin, loin, and belly.
The fragrant soup stock is slightly sweet, bringing out the sweetness of the pork. 💕
The condiments are yuzu pepper and yuba.
This was also a perfect match for the soup stock.
You can choose soba or udon for the final course.
I chose udon this time, but the thin udon was delicious even when I was full, so I kept eating it. 😋

Authentic brulee.
The bittersweet brulee had a crispy surface and a soft texture inside. 💕
It was topped with persimmon!
I was really happy that they served the roasted green tea in a pot. ✨ I was able to enjoy the dessert slowly!
It was a very satisfying course, as I was able to enjoy everything from seasonal small dishes to meat, fish, and shabu-shabu.
