The hand-kneaded hamburger steak prepared in-house has a meaty texture and a slight sweetness. It is served with a special demi-glace sauce with a rich and full-bodied flavor and a spicy wasabi cream topping.
　　
The B set, which costs +100 yen, comes with minestrone soup, salad, and risotto for the end. The minestrone soup is a rich, tomato-flavored dish that brings out the full flavor of the vegetables in the salad of crispy fresh vegetables.
　　
The risotto for the end is made with hamburger steak's special demi-glace sauce. The cheese risotto has a demi-glace flavor with black pepper as an accent. It is recommended to leave a little of the hamburger steak and mix it into the risotto.
