🍴Spicy meat sauce made from Awaji beef topped with Kitazaka egg yolk and the aroma of island herbs (1,826 yen)
🍴Chabi pork shabu-shabu with island ponzu-flavored oil sauce and island herbs and onion salad (1,485 yen)
➕D set pudding + island flavored water (550 yen)

The fresh pasta is made in-store using an original blend of flour with Awaji Island durum wheat and mineral-rich Onokoro Shizuku salt✨️
It has a very chewy and chewy texture💗

The pasta sauce is also made with seafood and agricultural products from Awaji Island

The meat sauce is made with spices such as cumin, giving it a spicy curry flavor✨️
It also has a lot of island herbs on top, so it goes perfectly with the herbal aroma🙆♀️

Mixing in the egg yolk makes it taste even milder!

The sauce and egg yolk were mixed into the thick pasta, so I enjoyed it to the last bite😊

I also had a bite of Chami Pork Shabu Shabu pasta, which was very refreshing with the ponzu sauce, so I never got tired of it🍴

Rich mango, Banshu red egg yolk, and blancmange on top! It's also topped with coconut, which is a perfect accent for the pudding✨️
The egg and pudding are mixed together for a gooey texture🍮

It's great that there are five kinds of island flavored water, and you can drink as much as you want💕
I love the lemonade🍋

Shima Pasta MIKE uses plenty of carefully selected ingredients from Awaji Island, so it was fun✨️

✍️I went on a weekday evening, but there was a huge line!
I went early so I was able to get in easily, but from 6:30pm onwards, there was a long line.
I recommend going early 🙆♀️
