I went to the mini buffet at Osaka Excel Hotel Tokyu for a weekday lunch while sightseeing in Osaka.

Perhaps due to rising prices, the selection is smaller than when I last visited, but

It's not crowded, and you can relax in a window seat on a high floor while enjoying the view of Osaka.

The clientele is friendly, so it's recommended for those looking for a quiet meal.
