Osaka is not only famous for Universal Studios and its food. Historical landmark 'Osaka Castle'.

🚇Transportation: It is generally advantageous to use the train in Osaka in terms of cost and accessibility. To visit Osaka Castle, you can use Tanimachiyonchome Station, which is about a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy the leisurely walk under the warm sunshine.

🗼Information: While Osaka is well-known for Universal Studios and its food, I thought it would be a good idea to explore some history during the trip, so we visited Osaka Castle without high expectations. Surprisingly, my family said that Universal Studios and Osaka Castle were the most memorable parts of the trip. Osaka Castle was built by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and although limited, there is some information about the Japanese invasions of Korea during the Imjin War. If you visit with your family, especially with children, it would be good to share some historical stories. Inside the park, there is the main tower of Osaka Castle, which is about five stories high. You can take the elevator up to enjoy the view and then walk down while exploring various exhibits. Japan is famous for its cherry blossoms, and it would be a spectacular sight when they are in full bloom. It's great to take a light walk under the warm sunshine and relax at a nice restaurant within the park if you get tired.

-If you buy the Osaka Castle Park ticket in advance, you can skip the line and enter with just a QR code, and you can also go up to the main tower.
-There is a modern building within Osaka Castle Park with a nice cafe where you can rest. I especially recommend having a cup of coffee on the 4th-floor terrace while looking down at Osaka Castle.
-There are a few places selling takoyaki outside the castle, so try sitting in the park and enjoying some after your visit.
-There is also a museum nearby, so it would be good to visit it in conjunction.
-The tour takes about two hours.
