A limited cherry blossom viewing spot open only seven days a year: Osaka Mint Bureau Cherry Blossom Path

#OsakaCherryBlossoms

Open only seven days a year! The super popular cherry blossom viewing spot in Osaka, "Osaka Mint Bureau Cherry Blossom Path," usually only opens the museum and factory, but during cherry blossom season, it opens for one week allowing the public to enter the cherry blossom path for free.

This short 560-meter path is planted with over 300 cherry trees. Because the trees are densely planted and come in many varieties—bright pink, pink, deep red, light pink, and white with a hint of red—when in full bloom, it looks like a cherry blossom tunnel, incredibly beautiful!

Although admission is free, due to its popularity, you must apply online in advance to visit. This year’s open period is from 4/5 to 4/11. If you want to visit the Osaka Mint Bureau Sakura Pass, you need to act fast!
