When I lived in Osaka before, I had been to Umeda several times, but I was surprised at how much it had completely changed!

The observation deck costs 1500 yen.

Completed in 1993, it consists of two 40-story buildings connected at the top, with a "Floating Garden Observatory" on the rooftop where you can get a panoramic view of Osaka city.
I had never been to the observation deck when I lived here,
so this was my first time!

There is a "River View" area with tables and chairs where you can enjoy takeout drinks and sweets.
Seeing the view reflected was quite something too.
