First, head to Tenjinbashisuji, the longest shopping street in Japan, where I felt a strong local vibe. The street is lined with all kinds of small shops selling affordable and authentic goods, from traditional crafts to trendy fashion. Every step brought new surprises. Wandering through, the lively hustle and bustle echoed around me, making me feel the energy of Osaka.
Next, I arrived at the hidden gem Nakazakicho, a popular spot for creatives. The alleys hide many unique cafes that are hard to leave. One cafe called Neel has an elegant atmosphere, and the aroma of coffee was intoxicating. Sitting by the window, enjoying a hand-drip coffee, the surrounding artistic vibe made me feel completely relaxed, as if time stood still.
This shopping and coffee journey allowed me to fully experience Osaka’s diverse charm and left me with unforgettable memories.
Opening hours: Shops on Tenjinbashisuji vary, usually 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Nakazakicho cafes around 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
