I saved my last night in Osaka for Matsuri, and it turned out to be the smartest decision! From the dishes to the sake pairing, everything was perfect, instantly making it my top yakitori spot!

Compared to mainland chicken, this place is on a whole different level! Before coming, I checked reviews 🍠 and found almost zero negative feedback, so I confidently booked through OMAKASE IN—turns out the value is incredible, with an average cost under 900 RMB per person, enough to leave you leaning on the wall full. What a steal!

The chef at the counter was super enthusiastic and nice! Smiling the whole time, he kept kindly asking if I wanted to add more kamameshi. I said "I'm full," but my body was honest—I ended up ordering 4 more skewers and polished off 3 bowls of rice 🍚! Every skewer was perfectly cooked, the chicken tender and juicy, the seasoning just right, and paired with a sip of sake, pure bliss~

This place is truly a hidden gem! Next time I come to Osaka, I’ll definitely be back for more Matsuri—I just can’t get enough! Highly recommend it to all yakitori lovers~
