🌸✨ Osaka with a heart full of joy
Adventuring in the land of the rising sun with cuteness overload ✨🌸
Hello~ This trip, I’m taking you all to explore “Osaka,”
a city filled with authentic Japanese vibes but also incredibly cute and bright! I must say, this journey was warm, filling, and heartwarming all at once 😚
📅 Travel dates: We went around late March,
just as the cherry blossoms were starting to bloom~ The cool, pleasant weather was about 10-15 degrees Celsius, perfect for wearing stylish coats and snapping photos from every angle 💕
⸻
📍 Day 1: As soon as we arrived in Osaka, our hearts were pounding 🍡
We flew into Kansai Airport (KIX) early in the morning.
Right after stepping out, you can feel, “This is the real Japan!” Everything looks neat, orderly, and super cute. Even the vending machines made us go wow, haha.
We chose to take the Nankai train to Namba because we stayed in this area.
It’s easy to get around and full of shops! After dropping off our bags, we didn’t waste any time…
Straight to “Dotonbori,” the lively Japanese hotspot!
We checked out the legendary Glico sign, stopped to eat hot takoyaki and freshly butter-grilled crab in front of Kani Doraku. Oh wow, so delicious~ 🐙🦀
⸻
📍 Day 2: Full day at Universal Studios Japan 🎢✨
We dedicated the whole day to USJ! Dressed in Mario-themed outfits with friends, wearing Yoshi hats, and walking around like cartoon characters all day 🤣
A must-visit is Super Nintendo World!! The new zone is irresistibly cute. We took photos by the green pipes and pretended to warp, haha.
Another recommendation is the ride “The Flying Dinosaur.”
It’s thrilling but so much fun! And of course, “Harry Potter” is amazing~
The butterbeer is sweet and smooth 🧙♂️🧹
We ended the day by buying lots of cute mascot souvenirs~ 🎁
⸻
📍 Day 3: One day in Kyoto is enough to explore 🍁
Even though we stayed in Osaka, we easily made a day trip to Kyoto by train in just 1 hour! The first stop was “Fushimi Inari Shrine,”
with its long rows of red torii gates, stunning enough to make you say wow! Walking around was fun, and the photos turned out great 📸
Next was the “Gion District,” home to traditional sweets shops and authentic Japanese green tea cafes. We even spotted a maiko walking around~ so adorable!
We finished at “Kiyomizu-dera,” with beautiful mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing break 🍃
⸻
📍 Day 4: Exploring Osaka Castle & shopping spree at Shinsaibashi 🏯🛍
Today was a chill day. We started at “Osaka Castle,” the famous white and gold castle surrounded by cherry blossoms beginning to bloom. It was incredibly beautiful,
like being in a cartoon! 🌸
Walking around, we saw groups having picnics, eating bento under cherry blossom trees. The atmosphere was super romantic 😍
In the afternoon, we strolled around “Shinsaibashi” and “Amerikamura,” full of cool and cute Japanese fashion shops.
From unicorn styles to dark edgy looks, everything was there, plus tons of Japanese crepe shops! 🍓🥞
⸻
📍 Day 5: Sleep in, café time, and strolling around Tennoji ☕🐾
On the last day, we focused on relaxing. We went to a cat café in Tennoji,
sipping coffee with adorable cats sleeping beside us—pure bliss.
The cats were as cute as dolls, and there were plenty of photo spots 🐱💕
In the evening, we visited Abeno Harukas, the tallest building in Japan. The view was stunning! We captured the sunset as the final memory of this trip 🌇
⸻
🎀 Summary of Osaka’s charm 🎀
Osaka isn’t just a city of food; it’s full of smiles, warmth, and cuteness in every corner—whether it’s the restaurants, cafés, people, or even the street cats 🐾✨
Plus, getting around is super convenient. Wherever you want to go, just hop on a train and you’re there in no time! How could you not fall in love with Osaka? 💖
⸻
📌 P.S. We recommend downloading the Hyperdia / Google Maps apps to help with directions, and don’t forget to bring an ICOCA or Suica card for super easy travel~
If you’re hesitating about going to Osaka, we shout, “Go for it!” and come back with fluffy memories like we did 🍡💕
