A fully reservation-only Japanese restaurant located just a 1-minute walk from Kitahama Station on multiple lines. It offers a special space where you can enjoy cuisine that blends traditional techniques with modern sensibilities.

Using carefully selected seasonal ingredients from all over Japan, they offer a course menu that changes monthly. The owner is a former head chef of "Nadaman," who trained at long-established Japanese restaurants and hotel Japanese dining establishments, delivering exquisite dishes that make the most of carefully chosen ingredients.
