🍜 As expected from a Michelin renowned restaurant, there was a long line during meal times. Visiting during the afternoon off-peak hours, I waited about five minutes to be seated. The restaurant has limited seating, around 20 seats, with a clean and refreshing decor.
🍜 Everyone recommends the "Golden Clam Ramen." If you want more meat, you can order the "Special." The broth is made from chicken bones and clams, tasting light and not greasy. The rich chicken broth combined with the salty-sweet freshness of the clams makes you want to keep taking spoonfuls!
🍜 The finishing touch is the fried shallots on top, which give off a classic Taiwanese pork rib chicken noodle aroma. The broth also has a hint of special yuzu pepper, making the soup even more refreshing.
🍜 The chashu is sous-vide pork, with great flavor and texture, perfectly pink. Although lean, it’s tender and balances elegantly with the chicken broth. The noodles are also delicious; overall, it’s a well-balanced and tasty bowl of ramen.
🍜 Must order the "Chashu Don"! The ramen portion is moderate, so if you want to feel fuller, order the rice bowl to finish. Although it’s not heavily seared, the fat’s aroma is rich. Ending with a bit of rice paired with the last sip of soup and a cold beer is pure bliss!
