Stepping into the basement level of Hanshin Department Store, I accidentally stumbled upon the "Christmas Puppy Daily Goods Shop," as if falling into a fairy tale starring Shiba Inu dogs. Here, not only are various dog-themed lifestyle goods sold, from coasters and socks to memo pads, but each item is filled with gentle whimsy, making them irresistible. I bought a mug that says "Have a happy woof today too!" and in the busy daily life, just seeing it brings a smile.
Hanshin Department Store was originally my go-to spot for shopping and food, but this special little shop turned out to be a hidden treasure. If you like cute items with a touch of humor and design, this place is definitely worth a stop. Compared to well-known chain stores, this kind of unique little shop feels like the warmest gift on the streets of Osaka.
