Osaka…🇯🇵
A city full of charm and cuteness that makes your heart beat fast from the very first step off the plane! This trip is a dream come true because I got to visit the city of smiles, delicious food, and incredibly warm culture 🧳🍡
🌟 The starting point of the impression begins at Dotonbori,
the district that never sleeps! As soon as you walk in, you’ll see the giant Glico sign where everyone poses with a running stance and a big smile under the sparkling neon lights ✨ Anyone who loves Japanese food will be wide-eyed for sure,
because this place is a paradise for foodies! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside takoyaki,
fragrant okonomiyaki, or fresh sushi with countless options 🍣💕
Then we traveled to Osaka Castle,
majestic amidst lush green gardens. The surrounding view is pure romance. The white building with a green and gold roof looks like it came straight out of a painting 🏯🌸 Plus, you get to learn about Japanese history in the museum inside the castle. It’s so enjoyable you lose track of time~
🛍️ Next up is some serious shopping at Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, the hottest fashion street with Japanese brand stores, cute Harajuku-style shops, and international brands. If you love cosmetics or cute little things, you could spend the whole day here without getting bored~ Your wallet might get lighter,
but your heart is full 💸🛒
And if you want to change the atmosphere and feel like a kid again, don’t miss Universal Studios Japan (USJ)! 🌍🎢
Stepping inside feels like entering a magical world, from the Harry Potter zone where you hold a wand and walk through Hogsmeade village, to the super bright Minions zone, or screaming your lungs out on The Flying Dinosaur ride—it’s pure bliss! Honestly, one day is not enough 🥹
🍱 Food is another highlight that must be mentioned with all my heart because Osaka isn’t just called the kitchen of Japan for nothing—it’s serious! Thick, tender beef bowl that melts in your mouth, hot miso soup that energizes you on a chilly morning, and of course, Japanese sweets like mochi, bubble tea, or fluffy cheesecake must be tried 🧁🍵
🎌 For those who love traditional culture,
I recommend strolling around Shinsekai, an old but very cool district! The retro atmosphere with Tsutenkaku Tower as the city icon and restaurants decorated in Showa era style are everywhere. Trying kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) with cold beer is pure heaven 🍢🍺
🌿 If you want a relaxing day, try walking around Tennoji Zoo or Nakanoshima Park for a cute natural vibe. Walk and take photos with ducks, flowers, and the clear river flowing through the city. It’s a moment that shows Osaka isn’t just lively but also warm and gentle 🍃🦢
🛌 Speaking of accommodation, I want to share that Osaka has a huge variety of places to stay, from cute hostels and café hostels to mid-sized hotels with foot onsen baths to relax your tired feet. For those who love cozy vibes,
you must try booking a ryokan at least once. Wearing a yukata and sipping green tea,
life is just perfect! 🍵🛏️
🚄 And if you have some time, don’t forget to take a train to nearby spots like Nara with its adorable deer or Kyoto, the city of shrines and kimonos. It’s very convenient to travel without lugging your bags around—
just buy a JR Pass or use an IC card and you’re good to go 🚃🦌
✨ In summary, my Osaka trip is “warm, fun, bright,
and very delicious!” Everything I experienced felt like it recharged my heart again— the atmosphere, food, culture, and lovely people. It’s no wonder everyone wants to come back here.
And for anyone hesitating, I say “Pack your bags now!”
Because Osaka isn’t just a tourist city, it’s a city of happiness sprinkled with glitter that makes your heart feel warm and sparkling 💖🌈
