Gone to an amusement park hoping to have fun, but ended up feeling like this world really has magic?

I went to Universal Studios Japan with no plan.
I didn’t rush to ride the hottest attractions first.
I didn’t prepare an Express Pass.
I didn’t plan to scream until my throat was dry.

…but I received a gift that no other amusement park could give.

🎬 “This place isn’t just an amusement park, it’s a movie set where we become extras.”

I walked through the gate and was kidnapped by the Harry Potter soundtrack coming from a corner of the park.
Suddenly, the air changed, the scent changed, and wizard robes started selling like crazy.
I appeared in Hogsmeade!
The cold Butterbeer bottle in my hand didn’t taste like Coke, but there was something that made me finish it without realizing.
And when Hogwarts Castle slowly appeared in front of me — I looked up silently, like someone believing in fairy tales once again.

🍄 “I never thought a green pipe could make me laugh this much.”

From magic, I warped to the cute chaos of Super Nintendo World.
I was never good at Mario, never collected all the coins.
But when I put on the Power-Up Band and jumped to hit the “?” box, coins popped out with sound.
I felt like I was 10 years old again.
It’s not a thrilling ride, but a ride that awakens the child’s heart once more.

🎡 “The scariest ride at USJ is… the feeling when you walk out of the park.”

Not an exaggeration, it’s like saying goodbye to a world we don’t want to wake up from.
Even the staff waving goodbye looked like NPCs we might never see again.

I walked out of Universal Studios Japan with weak legs, a hoarse voice, and a camera full of memories,
but my heart felt lighter than before.
