On the 16th floor, there is a free observation deck with an open space and large glass windows, offering beautiful views of the Nakanoshima area. Since there are fewer tall buildings around Nakanoshima, the 16th floor provides a spacious feeling similar to being on the 36th floor, and free Wi-Fi is available, which is very generous.
